Alhaji Ibrahim Jibril was born on 29th September, 1956 at Fagge, Fagge Local Government of Kano State. Alhaji Ibrahim Jibril is a happily determined, courageous and vigorous man who dedicates his life in serving humanity.
Alhaji Ibrahim Jibril has at very young age achieved many academic feats. 

Between 1983 and September, 1985, he attended University of Missouri, Colombia (USA), before then, he was at the famous Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna State between September, 1976 and 1980. He did his Secondary education at GTC Kano (1973-1975). Government Craft School, Wudil, Kano (1970-1972). He attended Festival Primary School, K/Wambai from 1964-1969.

Alhaji Ibrahim Jibril served as Provost at Sa’adatu Rimi College of Education, Kano State from 1999 to 2004. Equally, he was appointed as Provost, Federal College of Education (Tech) Bichi, Kano State from 2007 to 2015.
As a good Manager of people and resources, he helps and guide his subordinates to learn from their mistakes. His leadership style allows his many kinds to grow. He attended local, international conferences and workshops, rendered numerous community services and belongs to many professional bodies. He is a distinguished scholar per excellence and has many articles of worthy quality in local and international journals.
